Loan Administrator

Jennifer Hernandez is a graduate of the University of South Florida. She has her Bachelors Degree from the School of Business. She has been in the lending field for the past 10 years. She was an approved underwriter for several banks while working for correspondent lenders. She has been promoted with CMI Commercial Investment Company in October 2007 as a Loan Administrator specializing in our small business division, loans ranging from $100,000 to $7.5 Million. She is very dedicated to getting all loans closed, regardless how complicated or unusual they may appear. Her experience proves to be a great asset to the CMI team.
