Are Commercial Loans still possible in the current banking crisis (2010)? |

Just as any living creature on earth learns to adapt to a new environment, those of us in commercial lending learned to adapt quickly to the new lending parameters. Currently, there is a lending freeze, but basically banks have not been lending for some time. Due to that fact, CMI was prepared for the Wall Street disaster, by having other lenders and investors ready to fund our commercial loans. We also added additional Hedge Funds, Trust Companies, Pension Funds and Offshore Investors to our CMI Lending Pool. Contrary to many rumors, there are numerous hedge funds still available. The hedge funds that were invested in the mortgage industry are the ones going out of business. In addition, CMI has become very effective with our creativity and resourcefulness by using financial instruments to facilitate collateralizing a project.
