CMI has been in business since 1996 with a home office in Michigan, which now has moved to Bonita Springs, Florida. Our company performs Commercial Loans …Only. We are an Intermediary for numerous Hedge Funds, Investment Groups, Trust Companies, Lenders and Private Investors. We have a Corporate Office nucleus of 10 Directors who have expertise in various Commercial Loan Divisions such as:

That Director can navigate the client’s loan with speed and expertise. As a well-trained professional in that particular division the CMI Hospitality Director can anticipate any problems in advance and reevaluate the client’s need, if necessary. With the constant changing world of finance, it is our Director’s job to know the daily changes in his/her field. Currently, CMI has 88 employees as Sales Executives throughout the United States and Europe along with several Business Development Specialists who do nothing but look for additional Trust Companies and Private Investors in Europe, Asia and the US.
