Vickie Perry, Vice President of CMI Commercial Loan Division, brought her hands-on and entrepreneurial experience to Commercial Lending.

She was promoted in the Fall 2007 to Vice President of the Commercial Loan Division. Prior to her working as a CMI Home Office Director, Vickie had 15 years as a small business owner. She has experience in the needs of Business Owners and uses that experience to help CMI Account Executives work with their clients; help Clients achieve their funding needs; and works to find new investing sources for CMI. Vickie has also served as President of Coffee News, a Regional Informative Publication in SW Florida. Her direct relationship with commercial lenders and investors in addition to her leadership abilities has resulted in an efficient loan process for our clients.

Vickie"s past experience enables her to have additional insight to creatively find financing options for CMI clients. Vickie remains co-owner of that business and is the winner of several awards including the 2006 Entrepreneur of the Year and the Who's Who Profile, Gulfshore Business Magazine, Naples, FL, 2007.

Vickie's dynamic, entrepreneurial sales and management style, combined with her 20+ year record of achievement, helps guide Vickie's focus overseeing Commercial Loan Originations as well as developing and maintaining client relationships throughout the United States and Internationally.
