On December 10, 2007, Duncan W. Ennis was promoted to Executive Vice President for CMI Commercial Investment Company.
In his new capacity, Mr. Ennis has developed a division which handles "Select Projects". This Select Project Group has a focus on those projects which will provide humanitarian benefits, particularly in the field of alternative energy. This division also handles various additional projects including:
In addition, Mr. Ennis heads CMI Commercial Investment’s Operations worldwide; including CMI’s Four Lending Divisions: Special Projects $500M and above, our Large Loan Division of $100M-$500M, our Middle-Market Division of $7.5M-$100M, and our Small Loan Division, Business Credit Lines, and SBA Loan $6M - $7.5M (currently, CMI is only accepting loan applications over $6 Million).
Mr. Ennis is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech and credits the time he spent there as being integral to his personal and professional development.
