Kathleen M. Hall began her finance career in 1974 serving as a branch manager for a division of Transamerica Financial in South San Francisco, California. At that time, Ms. Hall was ahead of her time as the only woman manager in the State of California (out of 75 offices). She maintained her successful office by having one of the top producing offices in both Northern and Southern California never going below the number 5 slot. She sustained her successful career with Transamerica for nearly nine years.

After taking time out to raise her family, she found herself back in the finance field as a Loan Originator for Citizens Mortgage Company, a Nevada Corporation in 1996. By 1997, she was recognized as the “Top Producing Loan Officer” of the year, Nationally (out of 19 states in all). She was honored with the same National Award yearly until she purchased the same company along with her partner, Jeffrey C. Billins in February 2000.

In 2005, Kathleen recognized a shift in lending by making a decision to create a Commercial Lending Consulting Company called CMI Commercial Investment Company, Inc. Since that time, she has fine-tuned her commercial lending skills and has formulated an underwriting system named “CMIexpress”, which underwrites for nearly 200 lenders including banks, lenders, hedge funds, insurance companies, private investors, and hard-money lenders. She has also secured financing with an additional 150 lenders not included in the company’s underwriting system. With changes to the industry's commercial lending parameters, Ms. Hall recognized the need for Private Investors, Investor Groups, Trust Funds, Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, Etc. She successfully wrapped up and continues to secure additional investors for her company's use which services over 80 Account Executives nationwide and several Account Executives in Europe. CMI Commercial Investment Company specializes in loans from $5 Million to $BILLIONS both Nationally and Internationally. Having as many avenues for CMI's projects available, is the successful tool for their closings and steady stream of business. Kathleen has pride in CMI's consistent growth in a difficult market. She credits CMI's success to her knowledgeable and hard-working team she works with daily in her home office (located in Bonita Springs,Florida) along with their pooled creative and resourseful talents.
