Craig M. Hall has been appointed National Sales Manager for CMI Commercial Investment Company. Craig's prior position with CMI was serving as our Michigan Sales Manager. His ideas to keep our Sales Force energized in a difficult market by promoting a focus on Market Segments, rather than traditional cold calls on brokers, banks, and credit unions was inspiring. His suggestion has proved successful by concentrating on Market Segments such as: Alternative Energy, Traditional Energy, Leisure & Hospitality, Entertainment & Film, Tax Exempt Markets, Commercial/Industrial, Medical, Construction, Creative Financing, and Green Projects. Craig's position will also include, keeping CMI Account Executives apprised and equipped with current sales information, market updates, and focusing on CMI's program strengths.

Responsible for regularly searching for governmental grants, bonds, tax-exempt programs, and various other projects to assist and coordinate with our lending parameters. This is especially beneficial for our governmental programs (schools, universities, government municipalities, etc.) and also our hospital fundings. Special governmental programs are also available for our: Humanitarian efforts, Minority led projects, Economic Improvements, “Green Energy”, Senior Citizen Care, Children’s Care, Native American Businesses, Women in Business, Hospitals, Children’s Hospitals, etc. |

Jason Butki is the Director of Information Technology at CMI Commercial Investment Company, Inc. In this role, Jason is responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide strategic information technology plan. He directs application support and technical services for the information networks at CMI. Jason has been an achiever and team leader for over 15 years in marketing, product management, and executive leadership experience with a strong emphasis on emerging technology markets. He also has international business experience in marketing and selling both to and through corporate, government, channel and consumer markets. An entrepreneurial spirit and customer-focused mindset are the foundations of his professional philosophy. |

Brian Smith, Chairman of Humanatarian Projects |

Brian Smith has been appointed as the Chairman of CMI’s Humanitarian Projects. Brian will have the support from the entire CMI management team. The Chairman is responsible for choosing the project, projecting a budget, and choosing his/her staff. All of the CMI Management team and the Directors share in the Chairman’s responsibility in the annual chosen project. Brian Smith was personally selected in this role by CMI President, Kathleen Hall, because of his outstanding leadership ability, along with his impressive strength of character.
